Whatever your conference requirements we have the production expertise to meet them. From the initial briefing, development meetings and design to run throughs and attendance on the day with qualified technicians in sound, light and vision.
The equipment we can provide includes full sets, staging, flats, trussing and backdrops, data projection and PC support, sound equipment, mixing desks, both intelligent and generic lighting with full technical support.
An event manager is assigned to your conference and is always your first point of contact from your initial brief to the final conference. The manager liaises between the client and the technical team as well as the venues, support services and suppliers. The manager will also supervise and ensure all support elements and administration are in place.
We have many experienced and friendly hostesses based throughout the UK to meet and greet delegates and provide that important first impression. The hostesses have specific uniforms but can dress in the client corporate colours or specific uniforms.
With all of our conference equipment in place we have most of the kit required for our disco with lights and karaoke. So here’s a special offer – if you book the platinum package the disco is free for that post dinner boogie.
During the conference our training operation can provide motivational speakers or trainers to talk about what makes a good team, team work, planning, communication and we reinforce that with energisers, tasks and exercises away from the meeting room to get the delegates out of their seats and invigorated.
