Phil Bainbridge - Sales & Account Director Phil has over 25 years of marketing and events experience having been Marketing Manager at Glos CCC following a successful professional career and heads up the Corporate Hospitality and Incentive Travel divisions at Rhodes. Phil has established superb facilities at a number of major sporting events and has taken client groups to a variety of exciting locations from Madrid to Rio. He has also organised a number of large conferences for major clients including Clerical Medical, Birmingham Midshires, Reed Employment, The Institute of Financial Planning and the SI Group. Peter Ball - Operations Director Peter heads up the Operations team at Rhodes who are responsible for looking after all the companies equipment, booking Instructors and Facilitators and particularly handling the technical staff responsible for putting the a.v. sound and presentation equipment together at the major conferences.
